Booking

Our booking page uses Cal.com (cal.com) to manage call scheduling. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and selected time slot. Their privacy policy is available at cal.com/privacy.

Hosting & infrastructure

This website is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com). Vercel may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and request metadata as part of normal web server operation. Their privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Data retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as is necessary to manage our business relationship with you and comply with legal obligations. If you would like us to delete your data, please email info@xenoweb.co.uk and we will action your request within 30 days.
